9. Seller Responsibility

The seller guarantees to have all necessary rights to upload, distribute, and sell digital files. The seller agrees to indemnify 3DArtiX against any claims, damages, or costs arising from intellectual property infringements.

10. Limitation of Liability

3DArtiX is not responsible for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or services. We do not guarantee that the models are error-free or suitable for specific purposes. The user assumes full responsibility for the use of purchased models.
