About us

3DArtiX is an online marketplace for 3D printing, based in Giugliano in Campania (Naples), Italy. Here you can buy digital 3D models (STL and 3MF files) to print at home, and finished items that are already 3D printed and shipped to you: cosplay masks and helmets, collectible figures, gaming accessories, decor and gifts.

Who sells on 3DArtiX

Some products are made and sold by our own shop, 3Dshop. Others are sold by independent designers and makers, each with their own shop page. Every product page shows the shop that sells it, and you can message the seller before you buy.

How it works

• Digital files: after payment you can download them immediately from your account (Downloads). Nothing is shipped.
• 3D printed items: printed and shipped by the seller. Our shop prepares each order within 7 working days. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown before you pay and explained in our Shipping Policy.
• Payments: secure checkout with PayPal, which also accepts credit and debit cards. The whole site uses an encrypted HTTPS connection.
• Returns: 3D printed items can be returned within 14 days of delivery; digital files cannot be refunded once downloaded. See our Return & Refund Policy.
