It is the rigid shell that gives a Spider-Man mask its shape: you can combine it with a fabric mask, or paint it and wear it as it is. Lenses can be added on top.
Both are available: STL files to download right after checkout and print at home, and some faceshells sold already printed in PLA and shipped to you.
With a digital file you can scale the model in your slicer. For printed masks, measure your head circumference as explained on the product page and send it with the order or by message.
