3D printed items
Physical items are printed and shipped by the shop that sells them. The shipping cost and the estimated delivery time are always shown on the product page and at checkout, before you pay.

Before shipping, each item is printed and checked: preparation takes up to 7 working days, then the parcel is shipped. Custom-made items, such as costumes made to measure, can take longer: the product page says so.

Tracking
Parcels are shipped without a tracking number.
Customs, duties and taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, any import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the customer.
