Return & Refund Policy – 3DartiX Marketplace

Thank you for shopping at 3DartiX Store.
We want you to be happy with your order. On this page you’ll find how returns, exchanges and refunds work for our 3D printed products and 3D models.

1. Return period

You can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.

After 14 days we usually cannot offer a refund or exchange, unless required by applicable law.

2. Eligible products

We accept returns for:

3D printed items that arrive damaged, defective or very different from the description / photos

Orders received with wrong item or missing parts

We do not accept returns for:

Items damaged due to misuse, wrong handling or modifications by the customer

Products that are clearly used, dirty or not in resellable condition

Digital-only files (STL, 3MF, etc.) once they have been downloaded

If you are unsure whether your product is eligible for a return, please contact us first.

3. Return process

To start a return, please:

Provide your order number, product name and clear photos or video of the issue

Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before shipping anything back

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

4. Return shipping costs

If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we will cover or refund the return shipping costs.

If you change your mind or no longer want the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (PayPal, card, etc.).

We’ll notify you by email when the refund has been processed.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days before the refund appears on your account.

We may apply a partial refund if the item is not returned in its original condition (missing parts, visible use, damage caused by the customer).

6. Exchanges

If you prefer, instead of a refund we can:

Send a replacement for the same product

Or suggest an alternative product of equal value (subject to stock availability)

7. Lost or damaged parcels in transit

If a parcel is lost or arrives heavily damaged:

Contact us as soon as possible

Keep all shipping labels, boxes and packing materials

We will open a claim with the carrier and offer a suitable solution (replacement or refund), depending on the result of the investigation.
